How To Order TOP The Limelizard Online Store is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Convenient shopping for you any time day or night!
To order:
1. Click through the categories, find any items you like, and click Order.
2. When you are satisfied with your purchases simply click through to the Checkout where you can confirm choice of products.
3. Confirm your order by filling out the invoice and delivery details, choose your payment method, choose your postage method, and then confirm your order. Simple!
Once we have received your order you will receive a confirmation e-mail to your nominated e-mail address and we will process and post your order within 48 hours of receiving it. (Please note order placed on a Friday afternoon, Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday).

For payments via Paypal you do not need to have a paypal account to use this method, however if you do, you are also given the choice of using your account. Please note, for credit card payment your purchase will NOT be shipped until payment has been cleared.
For Bank Transfer/Direct Deposits, you will be given the banking details at checkout, and your parcel will not be shipped until payment has been cleared in our account.
Payment at Events is cash, Visa or Mastercard Credit Cards only. Postage and Delivery TOP
We have set postage costs, including packing and handling so there aren't any nasty surprises!
Delivery is a flat rate of $7.95!
All orders are sent by registered Australia post, or a reputable courier company to enable tracking of all orders.
Orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours after receipt of payment.
Expected delivery time is 1 - 7 days.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday only. We strongly advise that you have your products delivered to your work address, if you are not at home full time, as extra costs can be incurred if re-delivery needs to be organised by the courier company.
No deliveries are made on public holidays.
Should your order be unusually heavy or bulky, we will contact you regarding any extra delivery costs prior to sending your order. Delivery charges for large or heavy parcels are based on the size and cubic weight of the parcel.
Orders over $100 will be eligible for FREE SHIPPING! Order total must be equal to or over $100 for the shipping costs to be automatically removed.

We are happy to provide a FREE delivery service for customers within the Macarthur NSW area.

Ambarvale, Bargo, Bow Bowing, Bradbury, Camden, Campbelltown, Cawdor, Cobbitty, Currans Hill, Denham Court, Eagle Vale, Elderslie, Eschol Park, Gilead, Glen Alpine, Harrington Park, Ingleburn, Kearns, Kentlyn, Kirkham, Leumeah, Menangle, Minto, Mt Annan, Mt Hunter, Narellan, Picton, Raby, Rosemeadow, Ruse, Smeaton Grange, St Andrews, St Helens Park, Tahmoor, Thirlmere, Varroville, Werombi & Woodbine.
Any suburbs not noted above are NOT within the free delivery area. If you choose the Free Delivery service and are not within the suburbs listed, your order will not be shipped until the postage is paid for.
Macarthur FREE Delivery orders are processed within 48 hours. You will then be contacted regarding the next delivery date to your suburb. This will typically be within 1 to 4 days. Deliveries may not occur on the same day as ordered. No deliveries are made on public holidays or weekends. We strongly advise that you have your products delivered to your work address, if you are not at home full time. All deliveries MUST be signed for, Limelizard will not leave parcels without a signature.
To receive this service, ALL ORDERS MUST BE PAID FOR VIA THE WEBSITE, as our courier does NOT carry cash. Payment can be made via Paypal or direct deposit. Please note, however, that delivery will not occur until payment has cleared - i.e. if using an e-cheque this can take up to 5 days to clear, direct deposits can take up to 3 days to clear. You will receive an e-mail to advise when the payment has cleared, and when you can expect your delivery.
We are happy to deliver to your workplace, or if your are purchasing a gift - to your recipients workplace. If your purchase is a gift, please advise as we will not include the invoice with the delivery, but will e-mail it to you instead. As usual, all Limelizard products are wrapped in our signature coloured tissue paper and ribbon, making them the perfect products to be delivered as a gift!

Our mobile shop attends various events during the year.
Permanent Event: Cobbitty Village Markets, Cobbitty Road, Cobbitty NSW. 1st Saturday of each month (except January/February). We attend the Cobbitty Village Markets so customers/clients who attend can see and touch our products. Please ensure you visit www.cobbittymarkets.com.au for more information.
Special Events: We also attend special events by invitation, recently these have include events at Drummoyne, Kareela, and Camden. We will always keep you informed via our Events Page of anywhere we are attending.

We are not currently accepting orders for delivery internationally, however if you absolutely MUST have something that you have seen in our shop and are not located in Australia, please contact us through the Contact Us Page, and we will try to accommodate you.
We are also more than happy to assist our overseas customers who would like to send an Australian friend/relative a gift. We will happily organise the postage to their address for you. Out of Stock TOP We strive to keep our shop as up to date as possible, however sometimes an item may be out of stock and this may not immediately be reflected in the website. We reserve the right to remove any items from sale, and will endeavour to update the website as soon as possible after this happens.
If an item is marked as out of stock, and you desperately want one, feel free to contact us via the Contact page and we will answer any questions you have on next availability. Cancellation & Returns TOP If for some reason you must cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible. Small orders cancelled before shipping will be refunded in full. Large orders will incur a cancellation fee. Once an order has been shipped or delivered a refund cannot be made.
Returns
and/or exchanges can be made within 7 days of the order. Please contact us as soon as possible to advise of the return. For your safety, we recommend that any return made to Limelizard be fully
insured and registered, and sent via a courier or Australia Post that can provide tracking information.
We do not accept liability for any items 'lost or stolen' after delivery has taken place just as we will not accept responsibility for deliveries sent to an incorrect address due to mis-spelling on your behalf, so please enter all information with care.
